I started my career in the financial world in 1980 by studying for the Chartered Accountancy exams. After successfully completing this post graduation, I was nominated to enter the ring of the Bombay Stock Exchange to make trades by the outcry system for my clients. The first 20 years of my experience was in India where I was instrumental in writing portfolios and coming up with lasting financial plans for my clients, providing them with financial independence. I moved to the US in 2005 and have since then continued where I left off in India. Here, in the US I continue to write my own portfolios and curate individualized plans for my clients based on their goals and aspirations. After about 40 years of being in the business, I now enjoy providing mentorship to the younger members of my team. I, with the help of my team members, can draw up goal-based plans leading to achievement of their goals.

I am married to Farida Kaka who has not only been my life partner but has been my support in my passion to help clients achieve their financial goals. We have been blessed with two daughters. Nazneen is in finance and the newest member of our team. Yaquta is pursuing a career in cardiology. I enjoy traveling and have been fortunate to visit more than 20 countries.  One of my goals is to visit all the national parks in the US.
